Is it normal for a certain section to be much louder ? Typically most the pattern is quiet but one section of the pattern its a grinding type noise.

Sometimes this can happen if there’s not quite enough grease on the gears. Often the grease will distribute and this will go away on its own, but if not we can send you a small packet of grease to fix it.

How long should it be running to “work out” before being a concern that needs to be addressed ? Like should it go away after a couple days etc ?

I would try running the spiral in to out pattern overnight and see if that helps. If not, please open a ticket via support.grounded.so
