After reading all the issues people have been having with their oasis mini, I realized a lot of people are having the same exact problems.
Just to add to the list of posts pointing them out, here’s what I’m dealing with after just 6 days of using it:
- Ball is avoiding about 1 cm of the center
- Grinding noise while the machine is running
- Very high pitch noise resembling tinnitus when it’s plugged in even when it’s powered off! The sound drives me nuts
- Pattern warping. Selected Wipe Top to Bottom and it was making curvy lines. I tried to manually drag the ball in a straight line, but after passing the center, it looped and made a sharp curve.
- Wood sticker warping/bubble
I already put in a support ticket but didn’t mention all the problems in it. I plan to elaborate for them when someone reaches out. But I wanted to share them here so people know a lot of people, if not all, are having the same issues
