I open the app, try to connect device, get a window telling .e an update is available. When i hit update,the process starts, then suddenly stops. I get a message saying that the wifi was lost. Red lights pop on the oasis and i have to reset to get it to recycle. But i cant get it to uodate therefore i cant get it to work.
