I tried to update the firmware but received this message. Now, I can’t connect through my hotspot in the office. Company policy does not grant permissions.
The error message states that it cannot create DRVSETUP64\DRVSETUP64.exe.
Also, the device is not always recognized when I plug it into my USB port. The device is named Unkown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) when it does.
