Received the mini yesterday! It was a gift for my husband and he loved it. Plugged it in at home and it worked great - then moved it to his office and it wouldn’t turn on. Now it’s back at home and it won’t turn on here either. We are using the plug it came with but it’s almost like the mini doesn’t recognize it. Suggestions? Do I just need a new one?
Two things I can think of, first have you tried using a different power cord?? Second, and a tech would have more knowledge that I on this, it is possible that the usb c connector on the unit got damaged, more than likely they will ask you to submit a ticket on it (with a provided link) and replace it. P.s. I’m not a tech, just another user.
The usual culprits here are that the cord or power brick that the Mini came with got switched out. If neither of those are the case, please open a ticket via https://support.grounded.so.
