Machine Won’t Work

It won’t let me add the video or more photos here because it is limiting me to one as a new user. But my machine isn’t working again.

Here’s the latest issue:

  • cannot remove tracks, but can add them without any issues.
  • cannot rearrange track order. I drag one up, but it moves itself back down the list.
  • ball will not center - stays at top of unit and gives me consistent red LED lights.

I have reset the unit 3 times as well as unplugged it and plugged it back in.

Can anyone help troubleshoot the issue? I am on version 1.0.7.

Looks like you got the “Red Ring of Death”!! (xbox term). Just out of curiosity have you tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it?? (equivalent to turning off and back on). Also have you tried reseting the unit? (hold the button down for 25 seconds)
