Latest update broke my connection

working fine, got message about update, ran update for app, now it can’t connect to oasis again?

I cannot connect to mine out of the box. What app version do you have? Mines on Android 1.0.8.1

If the LEDs are red, please press the button 3 seconds in the back.

Once you have the blue blinking LEDs please “Add New Device” on your app

1.09 is the version that I installed yesterday

LEDs were rainbow before the update and rainbow after the update. I will try resetting the oasis and re-adding it.

okay, that seemed to sort it, it pushed an update to the oasis as well. So the update process is still a bit wonky for me, but workable!!!

1.0.8.2 is latest on android now. no behavior change for me, i still get “unable to connect to the device…” error on initial setup.

update on my unable to connect to device issue…
I was able to get past this by allowing the app to send notifications. That permission was not granted (only location) and it seemed to be causing the issue. Granting the app all the permissions it requests seems to be the only way to make it work.
