Auto clean not working

I have auto-clean turned on after every pattern, however it never works. What am I missing? Thank you!

@pedalfeet Did you upgrade your App today? Please check if you are on 1.0.8 version

Yes, updated to 1.08 this morning. Still no luck

Also received mine this week (Tuesday) and the “bamboo” wrap was already coming off. Not the greatest start here
