My unit arrived working perfectly, after the most recent update it looks like it did not recalibrate correctly to find the center, leaving the ball circling about a half inch away from the center and all patterns being warped. I see the software recentering after updates, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to have it try again manually.

I’m having the same problem since the update. 
I found that unplugging and then plugging back in the power will cause it to recenter, but after a pattern or two the machines center point drifts away from the actual center. Probably some kind of rounding error in the code. Hopefully they’ll get a fix out soon. Glad to hear I’m not the only one
Yep, same with me- corrected for a while, now it’s off center again!
