We believe that most people who have contacted our support team via support.grounded.so aren’t receiving replies due to a software issue, and we’re working to resolve this now. If you sent a message to our support team through the ticket form and didn’t receive a reply, please let us know in this thread. We replied to all tickets, but it seems that most replies aren’t coming through. We’ll solve this and re-send ticket replies.
