Updates on Issues - Firmware, Unit, and Mobile App

Between firmware updates and mobile app updates, where is an official communication from the developer or support team?

Is there some communication that acknowledges the issues we are all seeing? What are the new versions of the updates fixing? How are the problems being prioritized?

If not, can someone within the team implement communication and publication so we know you are aware of the problems and actively addressing the issues?

Current issues experiencing (that others may be as well):

  • Pause Timeout not resuming
  • Artwork designs not staying in a consistent orientation
  • Android app is super buggy and unstable at times
  • Addressing the communication from the app to the actual unit

I second this - I realize it’s the weekend but an acknowledgement after 1000s of people spent hundreds of dollars would be nice.

Agreed.

Granted, it’s a new product, and there’s bound to be problems. However, being transparent about those problems, acknowledging them, and providing support will earn the confidence of the backers, buyers, and prospecting buyers. Just being stagnant isn’t going to help anything.

Communication is key. We all have the same questions and issues, seeking a resolution. Find a platform and provide us with assurance.
