How long does it take to get a response? I have tried to open a ticket twice and have not heard anything. My mini is not centering

I described my problem in the forum and directly by email:
For a few days now I’ve had the problem that the mini plays patterns for 4-5 hours and then stops and lights up red. Then it can no longer be connected to the app and all the selected tracks are gone and nothing can be loaded. The next morning it reconnects, I load the tracks again and after a few hours it lights up red again and the game starts all over again…
I still haven’t received a reply and the Oasis is sitting on my desk switched off…
