Something went wrong... Successfully connected to Wifi but not Accessible

I’m having the same issue as many, just received my Mini, had down grade my network to 2.4, I’m able to join the Mini to my network and then get an error.
“Something went wrong… The Oasis has successfully connected to Wifi but is not Accessible. Ensure your phone is on the same wifi, etc”. Lights change from Blue to Mult-Color in a running pattern.

I’ve tried with my Iphone 15, & Airpad Pro, I’ve turned off all VPNs, IP Relay, Security, etc with No Luck. I’ve emailed the support yesterday with no response as of now.

I was also shorted on my order the Extra glitter sand, any ideas of what I can try next? Or better off doing a return?

Update, checked the app once again, still can’t connect to it. However, this time it said an update was Available. “Fix motor movements”, went ahead and allowed it.

Fingers crossed it will allow me to connect.

Still no luck, app wasn’t able to connect. I’ve opened a ticket for support 09/18/24 with no response.
