I have the evil red dot now. I haven’t had this thing a week and its F’ed up twice already!!!

Have you sent in a support ticket? This is a forum that is mostly other users.

Did you try to do a reset? Did you ever get far enough in for firmware to update on the unit. I think mine has received 2 firmware updates so far
