Just got my Oasis mini today, turned it on and booted it up and it will not connect to my wifi. Ive tried resetting it, hard resetting it, updating the firmware which wont connect either, just the annoying blue circling light and the app, which Ive uninstalled and reinstalled several times just endlessly spins and then says error cannot find device. Im at my wits end trying to get this brand new mini to connect or find anything. Samsung Note 5g, router is an Xfinity 2.5 ghz and 5ghz but my wifi network is on 2.5 so i dont know what else to do.

Have you made sure the 5Gz is off or has a different name? The default would be to have them be the same unless you program them differently

I had the same issue with a Samsung S22 (Android), I solved it by using an old iPhone (6).

I had this kind of issue.
Turns out I needed to pause my VPN on my phone to resolve it. If you have a VPN, you could try that.
Je n’ai pas de vpn.
D’ailleurs durant la tentative de maj l’oasis n’est pas détecter. Même si le jom comme sur l’image du site web apparaît ce n’est pas cela car le nom apprêt meme si il n’y a rien de connecté

Cannot connect device…Keeps asking to join Oasis mini wifi network which I cannot delete or substitute with my home network. Could not get upgrade after connecting to computer… very frustrating experience…
The app should ask to connect to “Oasis Mini”. After you allow it to connect it should bring up a list of available wifi networks. Are you getting an error message somewhere in the process?

My personal wifi is there along several others …

Click on your personal wifi network and enter the password. Should be good to go after that.

I have entered the password to my personal internet around 40 to 50 times over past month … it repeatedly tells me it is the wrong password…
bear in mind this has been my password for around 15 years and has been repeatedly verified…

Please open a ticket via https://support.grounded.so/. This is usually something our support team can help with. It typically has to do with routers combining the 2.4ghz network and 5ghz network under one name.
I have the same problem. After updating, the Oasis is not able to be connected to. Resetting to the blue light and deleting it in the app then adding it does nothing. The wifi adding works. Says successfully, but then when the app tries to connect to it, it just says it cannot connect.
