Can anybody make a video tutorial how to lube it. Or remove the paper. Mine is also broken but i am not that handy to open and clean it without seeing it first.

That output clearly looks like the plastic film underneath is being dragged by the magnet. Have you tried inspecting the inside? If you’re hesitant to take off the plastic film, run the pattern without the tank and observe the path the magnet will take then check if it will draw a straight line. That will be an indication that the gears and mechanism driving the magnet is working fine and it is the film that is causing all these inconsistencies.
Currently trying an horizontal pattern now to see the difference. I’m tempted to open to check the plastic foil but I want if possible first an answer from support to my ticket to not void my warranty ! I’ll keep u guys posted !

I’m still positive that the plastic film is the one causing that problem. Not sure how long you can wait for someone from this company to help you on this matter but I got mine ultimately fixed by removing this film and applying grease above the magnet and on the underside of the tank. Never had any of those issues any more.

Finally opened it to check and found some bubbles in the plastic cover. I kept the plastic cover but removed as much as possible the bubbles with the kind of phone protection installation technique e.g pushing the bubbles out till the border. I then realigned properly the center as shown in the tutorial on the website and got some pretty nice straight lines back. I’ll now apply line that I purchased to smooth the movement and reduce as much as possible the grinding noises and see how it goes but so far it’s already working a lot better
Looking good! So it’s really the plastic film! I doubt that a software update can fox that!
Maybe a combination of lost centered position and the bubbles because my bubbles were present but less crazy than some pictures I’ve seen here. But it seems that it’s for sure playing a role. Not sure indeed how software update can fix that but I guess some people have different issues as I never really gotten the red lights or big errors in app just messed up drawings and sometimes combined with 180 degrees result.
I also noticed that the plastic wrap had quite marked traces where the magnet is passing so I can easily imagine that any bubble, fold or imperfection can result in jumps of the ball, loss of the exact position and so on. I hope the team can fix as much as possible and find a reasonable way to compensate the impacted clients as there is no way that I pay again around 65$ of shipping fees to send it back for any replacement when I already had to pay that extra fee to get it and had to pay some lube to properly finish the product. I love to beta test but to a certain extent…

Someone pointed out that the plastic film is kind of rubbery which may contribute to why bubbles/wrinkles are being formed as the magnet moves.
I’ll apply my new lube and see if the friction is reduced. Fun fact the mini is a lot less noisy when working in opened mode without tank 
seems that the tank is increasing the resonance!
Finished to lube everything ! When I plugged it back on I also got the new firmware upgrade to 0.75 so big test now ! Spiral and then a rose pattern ! I’ll keep you posted

It was not mentioned but so far it’s a big failure ! The drawing is worst than before my rose being currently drawn is completely ruined !
