I just got my Oasis Mini and its currently updated to 0.74. Yesterday, the patterns that it draw started becoming fuzzy, unrecognizable, and different from what is shown in the app. This has been working fine when I got it 3 days ago.
I have since reset the device multiple times (8 seconds pressing and holding the button) but it has never fixed the issue.

I also have the exact same issue. Seems like a software/firmware bug almost. How can circles become ovals…
Same for me, i’m trying the simple circles in/out pattern but it doesn’t seem to be able to do it correctly sadly. Received mine only yesterday
Same here. Only pattern I can do correctly is spiral in to out. Everything else comes out like blurry mess.
Same here! Really hoping for a firmware update soon? Dame for android and iOS app for me.
Seems to be a major issue drawing straight lines:
This was a right angle drawn manually on the live movement feature.
This fixed it for me:
I’m hesitant to open it up before I contact support to make sure I keep the warranty
I also have similar issues; out->in spiral just stays on the outside, and drawings are distorted and have some kind of weird thing about drawing lines to a small circle in the center
In–>out spiral works just fine, but every other drawing is distorted somehow
The ball also doesn’t always move smoothly but hiccups at times, mostly at the outer edge. The support site says to keep the in–>out spiral one running overnight on repeat to smooth out the grease on the wheels, so that’s running now
If it still doesn’t work as intended tomorrow I’ll contact support before opening it up and probably doing the thing you suggest

Same here. Initially was ok, now the out to in pattern is just circling in the outer most and not moving in… 
same issue also. recently the out → in just stays on the outside. Patterns are upside down or side ways , disoriented, patterns don’t look the same…etc. I am sure many others are facing these issues after less than 1 week of using… There should be a physical on/off button rather than having to pull out and in the cable. If support is not coming, very soon, we will have a big round paper weight…
Same issue here, mailed support, I probably need to open it / lubricate something. Maybe the steppers skipped?
I have exactly the same experience. When centering the device the ball rolls easy until it gets about halfway to center. From here it seems to struggle, having a hard time to take the final trip to the center, and when drawing images it goes from warped all the way to skipping the center part of the canvas.
I’m going to take a deep breath and wait for an official response, as it seems like their support is already overloaded. It seems like there is a workable DIY-solution.

The same started happening to my Oasis. 2-3 days ago a reboot was sufficient to calibrate the device, but yesterday and today it always draw broken and/or skewed images.

Same problem here… Out-in spiral does not work at all, also other tracks wont work… here an example of a star.
I got it working by opening it up. Used isopropyl alcohol to remove all residue from back of the plate and then applying some grease all over the back of the plate.
