Combined 5ghz and 2.4ghz network with single access point name - Can't find network

I have Frontier Fios (using Sagemcom FAST 5290, FWR226e) which allows for both my 5ghz and 2.4ghz networks to have the same wifi name but the Oasis Mini doesn’t even show the network name to join to. Is this a known bug?

I can try creating separate names for 5ghz and 2.4ghz but that defeats the convenience of having a single access point name.

might have to do what i did… i have focus broad band and they gave me pods… to activate the 2.4 i had to go into app and allow it… was only active for a hour then shuts off so no new devices can see… but once connected it will work with no issue
