While it seems to be making the correct pattern, sometimes when starting a new track, the ball is not really in sync. It shows as on track on the app, but it isn’t. I can fix it by unplugging and plugging back in but it happens very often - maybe every other track - and the machine is brand new (we’ve had it for 15 days). Is this expected?
