I’m about ready to send this back. Between what i am reading and my experience, this just simply doesn’t work.
I keep getting the same error trying to connect to the app. It worked the first day but even the one time that it worked, the app wasn’t that great to navigate through. Now it just won’t connect period. Tried reseting and reinstalling. Same thing. See attached.
How am I supposed to feel confident in this long term? I just got this a week ago and you would think they would have figured out the app issues by now?
I don’t even know if this is correct I have spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out this website, I’m not a boomer but this is over my head I can’t get anything to work on this the app, the computer update, I’m shocked this is so difficult. I left a message for the individual that emailed me never called me back so don’t know what to do at this point but I’m really disappointed. I don’t want to struggle this hard.
LOL what do you mean make sure I don’t have 5g? I don’t know how to do that? Why is this thing this difficult? I expected to be able to use it it’s been sitting on my couch for a month and a half and there’s 10 different things they don’t tell you you’re supposed to do or know?
