Additional sand

Are you going to be selling additional sand? Our cats knocked ours over and some sand spilled out into the carpet and would like to get some more. Or does anyone know where you can get a similar sand. Thanks.

Yeah, we actually just got that in a few days ago. Can you send a support ticket to “support@grounded.so”. I’ll send you some. We’ll make it available on the website as an add-on soon.

I still don’t see add on for sand. I just did a pre-order for June delivery about a week ago. I’d love to have been able to order extra sand.

Hi Zach, I emailed you about the same thing a couple of days ago. I need the silver replacement sand as one of my dogs knocked my unit off of my coffee table and 80% or more spilled on the carpet. Thank goodness the glass top didn’t break. I need some more of the silver sand please.

We sent an email to people in the June batch on June 20th mentioning that the inventory for those is expected in mid-July. That’s still on track. We expect to receive inventory at our warehouse on the 16th, and then the rest of the US pre-orders will start shipping shortly after!
