Hi! I’m new over here. I got my Oasis mini yesterday.
While the first one or two designs were ok, the Oasis started failing, like showing a further state of a drawing in the app, while the draw itself was only in the center or missing some parts, so I opened a support ticket.
In addition, this night I had it programmed to do an endless loop over two designs, to see if this repair anything. I programmed ‘Spiral in to out’ and ‘Coarse Hilbert Wiper’. When I got up, I saw the Oasis with 16 Leds in Red, and the manual only go until 13 Leds in Red.
